Do I need proof of funds to join?

No. Proof of funds isn't required to join. When several buyers match the same property, verified funding and ability to close may affect who gets priority access or how quickly we can move forward.

I'm an agent. Will you go around me?

I'm a contractor, lender, or other service provider. Where do I go?
